IT sourcing projects big and small are complex, strategic and resource intensive. We have succeeded by creating an efficient and systematic process to streamline and help manage the entire sourcing project.

Our process is collaborative and aims to build strong relationships between everyone involved. We are committed to learning about and understanding each company’s business strategy, culture and marketplace. We work closely with companies to define business objectives and technical requirements in order to select providers who best meet clients' needs.

Upon provider elimination, we compare, evaluate, and review with clients the remaining providers, their solutions and systems. We negotiate to get the best possible SLAs and contractual terms for clients, and are there to ensure successful implementation. Assess, Define & Scope

Effective analysis and planning is the most important phase of any outsource project life-cycle. Eventure 360 conducts a detailed, collaborative assessment of the current IT environment and state. Our goal is to identify areas which can be improved upon and optimized, providing lower cost and better performance. We develop a project requirements document to define technical and business needs, expenditure justification, and specifically requested/required technologies that will be used to support the business objectives.

Steps Include:

  • Collaborative internal and market assessment
  • Identify business goals, technical needs, cost and demand drivers
  • Determine success criteria
  • Documentation of strategic, technical and operational requirements
  • Project team establishes roles, responsibilities and resource allocation
  • Develop sourcing road map and strategic direction

Identify, Evaluate & Align

Based on a thorough understanding of the project, the sourcing team will identify, compare and recommend providers for review. Once providers have been pre-selected, a request for information (RFI) is submitted. After reviewing RFIs, we ensure a proper fit between client and provider and determine our negotiation strategy.

Request, Review, Negotiate & Purchase

This phase provides the opportunity to assess and review any new requirements that may have arisen before sending out an RFP. RFPs are reviewed, solutions evaluated and negotiations commence. Upon provider selection, we establish the appropriate contract and vendor management structure to support the client's strategic sourcing requirements.

  • Negotiate terms and conditions
  • Advise for selection, client review and approval

Monitoring & Management

Eventure 360 ensures successful post-contract implementation, provides ongoing provider management and performance monitoring. We collaborate to define key performance indicator (KPI) and service level agreement (SLA) tracking methodologies.

Depending on the client, our management role can be as in depth or as superficial as needed. Our management services are structured to promote a close working relationship, supplying clients with the knowledge, tools and skills they need to become self-sustainable. Through relationship management, we are able to monitor and quickly manage performance issues, working with clients to re-align expectations and requirements and re-negotiate contracts.
